HNG: Change the ending date of private placement

According to the board resolution dated December 30, 2015, the Board of Directors of Hoang Anh Gia Lai International Agriculture Joint Stock Company decided to change the ending date of private placement as follows:

-          The ending date of private placement: as from the beginning date until registering a sufficient number of offered shares and before February 24, 2016.
