MHC: MHC lifts the stock transfer restriction

According to the board resolution dated December 31, 2015, the Board of Directors of MHC Joint Stock Company approved to lift restrictions on share transferability for the shares owned by the following shareholders as from December 2015:

-          MB Capital Fund: 429,888 shares

-          Japan Asia MB Capital Fund: 1,500,000 shares
