VIC: Vingroup buys 67.17 percent stake in Me Tri

According to Decision No.033/2015 dated November 25, 2015 by the CEO of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company, VINGROUP Joint Stock Company received the share transfer in Me Tri Sport and Entertainment Development Co., Ltd. as follows:

-          Number of shares transferred: 56,019,514 shares (67.17% stake of Me Tri Sport and Entertainment Development Co., Ltd.)

-          Transferee: the shareholders of Me Tri Sport and Entertainment Development Co., Ltd.
