On November 30, 2015, the Board of Directors of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment JSC decided to increase the holding ratio of BCI shares (Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company):

-          Current owning volume: 17,696,778 shares (20.41% charter capital)

-          Buying volume: no more than 32,000,000 shares (36.90% charter capital of BCI)  

-          Buying price: no more than VND24,000/share

-          Trading method: put-through or order-matching method

-          Owning volume after trading: 49,696,778 shares (57.31% charter capital of BCI)
