The BOD approved contents of the 2014 – 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders:

-          The audited financial statements in fiscal year 2014 – 2015;

-          Approval for profit distribution;

-          Business plan and profit distribution plan for 2015-2016;

-          Choosing an auditing firm for fiscal year 2015- 2016;

-          Amending the Articles of Association;

-          Plan to issue shares to the ESOP;

-          Electing another member to the Board of Directors and another member to the Supervisory Board;

-          Approval for remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2015 - 2016;

-          Other relating issues.
