PGC: Board Resolution No.93

Petrolimex Gas Corporation – JSC announced Board Resolution No.93 dated December 04, 2015 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved the Amended Articles of Association of Gas Petrolimex Limited Companies and approved new charter capitals of these companies:

-          Hanoi Petrolimex Gas Co., Ltd.: increasing the charter capital from VND10 billion to VND20 billion.

-          Hai Phong Petrolimex Gas Company: increasing the charter capital from VND22 billion to VND30 billion.

-          Da Nang Petrolimex Gas Company: increasing the charter capital from VND20.5 billion to VND40 billion.

-          Sai Gon Petrolimex Gas Company: increasing the charter capital from VND57 billion to VND70 billion.

-          Can Tho Petrolimex Gas Company: increasing the charter capital from VND11 billion to VND15 billion.
