HBC: HBC wins 2 new construction packages

Keppel Land Watco Co. Ltd. chose Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation (HBC) for the main construction package from 9th floor to 45th floor and mansard roof of Saigon Centre Tower Project - Phase 2-3 at 65 Le Loi, district 1, Hochiminh city. This project has the total value of VND1,900 billion and is expected to be completed in July 2018. 

Besides, HBC has won the main construction package of Estella Heights Project – Phase 1, invested by Keppel Land and Tien Phuoc Real Estate Joint Stock Company. This project is located in An Phu ward, district 2, Hochiminh city. HBC is the main constructor for the first phase of this project, including all raw construction, finishing, mechanic and electricity, and landscape. The total value of this contract is more than VND917 billion and expected to be completed in June 2017.
