On December 03, 2015, HOSE issued a decision to allow VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (Stock code: VIC) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 1,862,052,928 shares

-        Additional volume: 1,887,741 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 18,877,410,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 1,863,940,669 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 18,639,406,690,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: December 07, 2015

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to convert the international convertible bonds into shares.
