QBS: Decision on the change of listing

On December 08, 2015, HOSE issued a decision to allow Quang Binh Import And Export Joint Stock Company (Stock code: QBS) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 32,000,000 shares

-        Additional volume: 31,999,928 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 319,999,280,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 63,999,928 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 639,999,280,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: December 10, 2015

-        Reason of change: To issue shares for dividend payment & raise capital to the existing shareholders.
