On December 09, 2015, HOSE issued a decision to allow Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company (Stock code: GDT) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 12,446,837 shares

-        Additional volume: 518,618 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 5,186,180,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 12,965,455 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 129,654,550,000 đồng

-        Effective date of the listing license: December 11, 2015

-        Reason of change: To issue shares through ESOP.
