VIC: Decision on the change of listing On February 26, 2016, HOSE issued a decision to allow VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (Stock code: VIC) to change the listing as follows:
- Number of shares before additional listing: 1,882,818,086 shares
- Additional volume: 10,584,836 shares
- Total additional value (based on par value): VND 105,848,360,000
- Number of shares after additional listing: 1,893,402,922 shares
- Total value after additional listing: VND 18,934,029,220,000
- Effective date of the listing license: March 01, 2016
