GAS: Decision on the change of listing On February 26, 2016, HOSE issued a decision to allow PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (Stock code: GAS) to change the listing as follows:
- Number of shares before additional listing: 1,895,000,000 shares
- Additional volume: 18,950,000 shares
- Total additional value (based on par value): VND 189,500,000,000
- Number of shares after additional listing: 1,913,950,000 shares
- Total value after additional listing: VND 19,139,500,000,000
- Effective date of the listing license: March 01, 2016
- Reason of change: These are the shares issued through ESOP. HOSE
