-        Number of shares before additional listing: 1,893,402,922 shares

-        Additional volume: 46,451,929 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 464,519,290,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 1,939,854,851 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 19,398,548,510,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: March 10, 2016

-        Reason of change: These shares were issued to shareholders for the purpose of the conversion of international bonds.
