KTB: Notice of delisting shares on HOSE

On February 26, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.177/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company (KTB):

-          Number of shares delisted : 40,200,000 shares

-          Value of shares delisted     : VND402,000,000,000

-          The stock KTB is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.72/QD-SGDHCM dated February 25, 2016.

-          Reason: because of the serious violation of disclosure obligations of the listed firm and to protect the interests of investors as defined at Point 1.m - Article 60 - Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2012.

-          Effective delisting date       : March 03, 2016
