VFG: Adjustment to the withdrawal of ESOP shares

On October 30, 2015, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Fumigation Company unanimously approved the adjustment to the number of ESOP shares withdrawn from the resigned employee Nguyen Van Minh: 2,000 shares.
