Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company has declared the result of withdrawal of ESOP shares from the resigned employees as follows:

-          Quantity of shares withdrawn: 30,000 shares

-          Trading time: from October 28, 2015 to November 04, 2015

-          Number of treasury shares before trading: 33,850 shares

-          Number of treasury shares after trading: 63,850 shares

-          Trading method: to transfer the ownership of ESOP shares from the resigned employees to the Company.
