6) Number of treasury shares: 204,013 shares
7) Number of shares expected to issue: 6,984,998 shares

9) Issue ratio: 5%
10) Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit on the audited consolidated financial statements for the first six months of 2015
11) Transfer restriction period: 02 years. After each year, 50% shares will be freely transferable.
