VCSC: Resolution on the General Meeting of Shareholders

On November 15, 2016, Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company has disclosed Resolution on the General Meeting of Shareholders to seek shareholders’ approval in writing as follows:

Articles 1: To supplement the business operation of derivatives as follows:

-          Derivative broking

-          Derivative dealing

-          Derivative investment consulting

Articles 2:  To supplement the derivatives of clearing & settlement service.

Articles 3: Approving a plan for stock issuance to existing shareholders from the owner’s equity & to raise its charter capital.

Articles 4: This Resolution will be effective from November 15, 2016.
