On November 24, 2016, Sacom Development and Investment Corporation has disclosed Resolution No.216 dated November 24, 2016 as follows:

Articles 1: Board approved to cooperate to invest in Dong Nai Plastic Joint Stock Company to buy share of Huewaco:

-          Name of cooperation company: Dong Nai Plastic Joint Stock Company

-          Contents: to cooperate in this investment of stock issuance for strategic shareholders of Huewaco

-          Capital: VND70,000,000,000

-          Time of cooperation: 6 years from the date of signing contract.

Articles 2: This Resolution will be effective from November 24, 2016.
