BIC: BIC approves to invest in Cambodia-Vietnam Insurance

The Board of Directors of BIDV Insurance Corporation on November 25 approved the overseas investment into Cambodia Vietnam Insurance Plc. (CVI) by receiving 51% stake, equivalent to US$3.57 million, from another shareholder in CVI. The transfer will be executed in Quarter 1 or 2 of 2017.
