Baoviet Securities Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.25 dated November 24, 2016 as follows:

  Articles 1: Board approved to invest in Bao Viet Prospect Equity Open – Ended Fund (BVPF) with the maximum value of 15 billion dongs.

Articles 2: This Resolution will be effective from November 24, 2016.
