Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company announced regarding the record date for the first cash dividend payment 2016 as follows:

-          Record date: November 30, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share).

-          Payment date: December 15, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company as from December 15, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
