TMT: Change of legal representative of Hochiminh Branch

According to the Resolution No.281/NQ-HĐQT dated March 24, 2017, BODs of TMT Motors Corporation approved the change of legal representative of Hochiminh Branch as follows:

-          Mr. Tieu Phi Quang who replaces Mr. Vu Dinh Phong as the legal representative of TMT in Hochiminh Branch

-          BODs approved the plan for issuance of shares to the strategic shareholders.
