PPI: Requests for a delay in the disclosure of financial statements

Pacific Infrastructure Project Development and Investment Corporation sent documents to HOSE to request to delay the disclosure of its financial statements in 2017 as follows:

-          For the quarterly financial statements:

  • Quarter 01, 2017 : from April 20, 2017 to April 30, 2017
  • Quarter 02, 2017: from July 20, 2017 to July 30, 2017
  • Quarter 03, 2017: from October 20, 2017 to October 30, 2017
  • Quarter 04, 2017: from January 20, 2018 to January 30, 2018

-          For the reviewed semi-annual financial statements: from August 14, 2017 to August 31, 2017

-          For the audited annual financial statements: from March 31, 2018 to April 10, 2018.

However, the request of PPIwill be reviewed and approved in writing by the State Securities Commission.
