DQC: BODs Resolution on dividend payment & holding AGM 2017

According to the Resolution No.07/NQ-HĐQT dated March 27, 2017, BODs of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company approved the dividend payment & the holding of the Annual General Meeting 2017 as follows:   

1. The record date for the second 2016 dividend payment by cash:

-          Record date: April 07, 2017

-          Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (1,500dongs/share)

-          Payment date:  May 05, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

 + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company.

2. To organize the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Record date: April 07, 2017

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Meeting date: expected in April 29, 2017

-          Meeting venue: Majestic Hotel, No.01 Dong Khoi, district 1, Hochiminh.
