On March 28, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.407/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for the holding of the 2017 Annual  General Meeting of Shareholders & dividend payment of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company (stock code: DQC) as follows:

-        Ex-right date:  April 10, 2017 

-        Record date:   April 11, 2017                        

1. Reason & Purpose: to organize the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and to pay second cash dividends for 2016.
2. Content:

• To organize the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-        Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-        Meeting date:  expected in April 29, 2017    

-        Meeting venue: Majestic Hotel, 1 Dong Khoi street, district 1, Hochiminh.

• To pay second cash dividends for 2016:

-        Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (1,500 dongs/share)

-        Payment date: May 05, 2017
