SCR: BODs Resolution on adjustment of time & venue of AGM 2017

According to the Resolution No.06/NQ-HĐQT dated March 24, 2017, BODs of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of time and venue of the holding of Annual General Meeting 2017 as follows:   

-          Meeting time: 8:00AM, Thursday, April 27, 2017

-          Meeting venue: 24 Thoai Ngoc Hau, Hoa Thanh, Tan Phu, Hochiminh.

-          This Resolution will replace the Resolution No.05/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated March 21, 2017.
