TIX: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors approved to pay for the second phase of 2015 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  December 11, 2015

-          Payment date: expected on December 29, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation.
