NSC: The record date for the first cash dividend payment for 2015 On November 20, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1127/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of National Seed Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ex-right date: November 26, 2015
- Record date: November 30, 2015
- Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends for 2015.
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share).
- Payment date: December 28, 2015
- Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at National Seed Joint Stock Company (Address: 1 Luong Dinh Cua, Phuong Mai, Dong Da, Ha Noi) as from December 28, 2015. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
