On May 04, 2017, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company approved to merge 12 departments into 05 new departments including:

1. HR Department
2. Financial Management Department
3. Sales Department
4. Construction Technology Department
5. My Phuoc Ready-mix Concrete Factory.
