TMT: Board Resolution _ May 05, 2017

TMT Motors Corporation announces the Board resolution dated May 05, 2017 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved to elect Mr. Bui Van Huu as Chairman of TMT Motors Corporation for term 2017 – 2021.
2. The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Le Van Thanh and Mr. Vu Dinh Phong, Board Members, as the Company’s Secretaries for term 2017 – 2021.
3. The Board of Directors approved to continue seeking a partner to transfer the assets attached to the land at 83 Trieu Khuc, Thanh Xuan Nam, Thanh Xuan district, Ha Noi city until December 31, 2017.
