TYA: Resolution on credit limit with Indovina Bank

According to the Board Resolution dated May 05, 2017, the Board of Directors of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable JSC approved to borrow Indovina Bank – Dong Nai Branch with the credit limit of US$1,500,000.
