On May 05, 2017, HOSE issued a decision to allow Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company (Stock code: TAC) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 18,980,200 shares

-        Additional volume: 13,286,13 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 132,861,320,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 32,266,332 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 322,663,320,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: May 09, 2017

-        Reason of change: issuance of bonus shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
