-        Number of shares before additional listing: 28,053,500 shares

-        Additional volume: 1,402,675 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 14,026,750,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 29,456,175 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 294,561,750,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: May 24, 2017

-        Reason of change: To issue shares through ESOP.
