BHS: Decision on the change of listing

On May 23, 2017, HOSE issued a decision to allow Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company (securities code: BHS) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 129,511,198 shares

-        Additional volume: 168,363,251 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND1,683,632,510,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 297,874,449 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND2,978,744,490,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  May 25, 2017

-        Reason of change: Stock issuance from the owner’s equity and stock offering to exisiting shareholders.
