-        Additional volume: 12,487,600 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 124,876,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 42,005,961 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 420,059,610,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: May 31, 2017

-        Reason of change: Private placement.
