-          Purpose: to pay interim cash dividend for 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share).

-          Payment date: December 14, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company as from December 14, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
