TVSI: TVSI changes the record date for cash dividend 2015

The Board of Directors of Tan Viet Securities Incorporation (TVSI) on November 16 approved the following issues:

1. Approve to adjust the record date for closing the shareholder list to receive 4% cash dividend for the year of 2015:

-          Record date: December 19, 2016

-          Payment date: January 12, 2017

1. Approve to adjust the record date for closing the shareholder list to receive the share purchase rights in the stock issuance to raise TVSI’s charter capital from VND350 billion to VND500 billion:

-          Number of rights expected to be issued: 15,000,000 shares

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          Exercise ratio: 7:3 (Those who own 07 shares will have the right to buy 03 new shares)

-          Record date: December 19, 2016

-          Regulation on rights transfer:

+        Time for rights transference: from December 22, 2016 to January 18, 2017

+        The rights should be transferred only once.

-       Regulation on securities purchased:

+        Time for subscription and deposit: from December 26, 2016 to January 20, 2017

+        The new shares are freely transferable.
