VPS: Resolution on the 2016 dividend payment

On November 17, 2016, Vietnam Pesticide Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.09 about VPS’s dividend payment for 2016 as follows:

Articles 1: Board approved to pay dividends for 2016:

-     Exercise ratio: 8%

-     Payment time: Q4.2016

Articles 2: This Resolution will be effective from November 17, 2016.
