SII: Board approves to seek shareholders’ approval

Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation announced Board Resolution No.16 dated November 25, 2016 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved the change of head office as follows:

-          Current address: 60 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao ward, district 1, Hochiminh city

-          New address: 70 Lu Gia, ward 15, district 11, Hochiminh city

-          Time of change: in Quarter I.2017

The Board of Directors authorized the Management Board to fulfill necessary procedure to seek shareholders’ approval for the change of head office.
