HTV: Board Resolutions No.58 & No.61

Ha Tien Transport JSC (HTV) announces Board Resolutions No.58 & No.61 dated November 25, 2016 as follows:

Board Resolutions No.58

The Board of Directors approved to transfer its stake in Truong Tho Real Estate Investment Development JSC and establish a new entity to invest in Complex Project in km7, Ha Noi Highway, Truong Tho ward, Thu Duc district, Hochiminh city, as follows:

-          The Board of Directors approved to transfer its stake (5% or VND1,500,000,000) in Truong Tho Real Estate Investment Development JSC to Ha Tien 1 Cement Joint Stock Company.

-          The Board of Directors approved to establish a new entity between HTV and Refico:

+        Company name: Truong Tho 1 Real Estate Investment Development Co., Ltd.

+        Members: HTV invests 65% capital, Refico invests 35% capital

+        Charter capital: VND20 billion

The Board of Directors approved to promulgate the rule for management and purchase of goods and services in Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company.
