CAV: The record date for public offering On November 25, 2016, HOSE issued Announcement No.1207/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation (CAV) as follows:
- Ex-right date: December 12, 2016
- Record date: December 13, 2016
- Purpose: To implement share purchase rights
- Detailed information:
- Expected issue volume: 28,800,000 shares
- Issue price: VND20,000/share
- Exercise ratio: 01:01 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to buy 01 new share.)
- How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share and the shares refused to buy (if any) will be offered to other investors.
