VIC: VIC transfers of shares in VinLinks

VINGROUP Joint Stock Company issued Decision No.048 about VIC’s transferring of shares in VinLinks as follows:

Articles 1: To transfer of shares in VinLinks as follows:

-          Number of shares to transfer: 7,996,019 shares (value: VND79,960,190,000), contributed 79,96% of charter capital.

-          After completion of the transfer procedure, VIC no longer owns capital in VinLinks.

Articles 2: This Resolution will be effective from November 28, 2016.
