CAV: Decision on tax penalties On November 25, 2016, Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation received the conclusion of tax inspection for the period from 2012 to 2015, as follows:
Total tax arrears, penalty for false declaration, penalty for late payment: VND15,835,985,523, of which:
- Value added tax arrears: VND599,470,838
- Corporate income tax arrears: VND8,535,124,723
- Personal income tax arrears: VND527,219,615
- Withholding tax arrears: VND515,024,314
- Penalty for false declaration: VND1,799,250,055
- Penalty for late payment: VND3,859,895,978 HOSE
