SCR: Notice of record date for issuance of shares

On December 08, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1248/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for issuance of shares to increase capital from the owner’s equity of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (stock code: SCR) as follows:

-        Ex-right date:   December 16, 2016

-        Record date:     December 19, 2016

1. 1.      Reason and Purpose:  issuance of shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
2. 2.      Contents:

-          Estimated issue volume:  10,853,397 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 01: 0.05 (Shareholders who own 01 share will receive 01 right. Every 01 right will receive 0.05 new share).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example, if shareholder A owns 110 shares at the record date, he will receive 05 new shares. The fractional part ( 0.5 share) will be cancelled.

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
