AAA: Board resolution on stock issuance

An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution dated December 08, 2016 as follows:

1. The Board approved to issue additional shares to implement warrants, which were issued with bonds under the resolution of general meeting of shareholders dated November 4, 2016.

-          Number of shares expected to issue: 5,065,000 shares

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Issue price: VND 11,500/share

-          Stock type: transferable share

2. The Board approved to register to deposit and list the new shares in Vietnam Securities Depository and Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
