KAC: A member company raises capital

Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company announced the increase of charter capital, transformation of capital model and new member in its subsidiary Khang An Phu Dong House Trading Co., Ltd., as follows:

1. Raise the charter capital of Khang An Phu Dong House Trading Co., Ltd. to VND10,210,000,000; and transform Khang An Phu Dong House Trading Co., Ltd into a two-member limited company.
2. Add a new member: Mr. Nguyen Minh Tri, contributing 51% stake, equivalent to VND5,207,100,000.
3. Khang An Phu Dong House Trading Co., Ltd. has two members who contribute capital as follows:

-   Khang An Phu Dong House Trading Co., Ltd. contributes 49%, equivalent to VND5,002,900,000.

-    Mr. Nguyen Minh Tri contributes 51%, equivalent to VND5,207,100,000.
