SBT: BoD approves the plan of stock issuance On August 04, 2016, Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company has disclosed the BoD approves the plan of stock issuance as follows:
- BoD approves the plan of stock issuance to pay dividends for FY 2015-2016 & to raise capital increase from the owner’s equity.
- Stock issuance to pay dividends:
+ Exercise ratio: 6% (The one who owns 100 shares will receive 06 new shares)
- Stock issuance to raise capital increase from the owner’s equity:
+ Exercise ratio: 24% (The one who owns 100 shares will receive 24 new shares)
- Total number of expected to be issued : 58,428,309 shares
+ Number of additional shares issued to pay dividends: 11,685,662 shares
+ Number of stock issuance capital increase from the owner’s equity: 46,742,647
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example, if shareholder A owns 252 shares at the record date. Shareholder A will receive:
+ Additional shares issued to pay dividends: 252 * 6% = 15.12 new shares. Shareholder A will receive 15 new shares. The fractional part ( 0.12 share) will be cancelled.
+ Stock issuance capital increase from the owner’s equity: 252 * 24% = 60.48 new shares. Shareholder A will receive 60 new shares. The fractional part ( 0.48 share) will be cancelled.
+ Total number of shares of Shareholder A will receive 75 new shares.
- Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company.
