ITD: BoD approves on stock issuance for 2015 dividend payment

On August 09, 2016, Innovative Technology Development Corporation has disclosed the BoD approves on stock issuance for 2015 dividend payment as follows: 

-        Record date:    August 26, 2016

-        Exercise ratio: 20% (The one who owns 05 shares will receive 01 new share)

-        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-        For example, if shareholder A owns 3,578 shares at the record date, he will receive 715 new shares. The fractional part ( 0.6 share) will be cancelled.

-        Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Innovative Technology Development Corporation.
