TNT: Report on the use of capital

Tai Nguyen Corporation has reported the use of capital from the public offering as follows:

      I.                Information on public offering:

-          Stock name: Stock of Tai Nguyen Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Offering volume: 17,000,000 shares

-          Total mobilized capital: VND170 billion

-          Beginning date of public offering: December 01, 2015

-          Ending date of public offering: February 01, 2016

    II.                Progress of capital disbursement:

The Company disbursed VND170 billion all into the bank account of Tinh Dien Bien Investment Construction and Environmental TEC to execute the cooperation agreement which was sign on February 01, 2016. Accordingly, the two companies will invest in two projects:

-          Tan Thanh Housing Project, Tan Thanh ward and Him Lam ward, Dien Bien Phu city, Dien Bien province: VND136,654,653,000.

-          Housing Project in the West of Nam Rom River, Thanh Binh ward, Dien Bien Phu city, Dien Bien province: VND33,345,347,000.
